Position Title: Graduate Development Adviser

Job Description:
We are now looking for a talented data analyst with a passion for making our transport network safer to help us deliver this vision. You will be responsible for delivering accurate, consistent and meaningful data and analysis that enables data-driven strategy and decisions.
Responsibilities:
- Design, deliver and support graduate, internship and apprenticeships programmes in partnership with business stakeholders and third party providers
- Design and deliver internal / external events which support programme participants development and increase opportunities for interaction with their peers, such as induction events
- Develop university, apprenticeship training providers, educational body and Government department relationships to support the development of participants that fulfil business require
Requirements:
- Knowledge of graduate and apprenticeship programmes
- Be a strong communicator and influencer, able to build effective relationships at all levels
- Have strong stakeholder management skills
- Experience of delivering development schemes, preferably in the graduate/apprenticeship area in large and complex organisations (desirable)
