Responsibilities:
- Providing final reports containing relevant findings and recommendations to business units
- Leading and providing oversight to the TPDD analysts in the Atlantic (Europe and Americas) regions to effectively and efficiently assess third parties in order to identify risks, and work with appropriate stakeholders to mitigate them
- Identifying potential risks and coordinating the proper escalation of such findings to internal business contacts and/or Legal experts for further input where appropriate
- Performing quality control on reports completed by peers and TPDD analysts
- Coordinating the implementation of the Group’s TPDD programme, acting as key point of contact for stakeholders in the Europe and Americas regions
- Conducting risk-based due diligence checks on third parties, including careful analysis of ownership and legal status of third parties, including independent research and analysis of supporting information
