Responsibilities:

  • Build, evolve, and manage the BCG Platinion business in Amsterdam and across Western Europe, South America and Africa
  • Offer and promote BCG Platinion services to clients and prospects, and acquire new clients for BCG Platinion
  • Build trustful and sustainable senior client relationships guided by the highest ethical standards
  • Develop and negotiate client project proposals and their commercial aspects
  • Develop and execute projects, and control their execution with regard to client satisfaction and holistic project quality
  • Develop leading edge offerings for BCG Platinion’s market critical capabilities
  • Contribute to differentiating IP- and knowledge-build within BCG Platinion
  • Be recognized as a thought leader and expert in their domain inside and outside BCG Platinion
  • Make substantial contributions to the commercial success and profitable growth of BCG Platinion
  • Attract and build the BCG Platinion team, and drive recruiting and retention of senior and junior talent
  • Provides strategic direction and vision for BCG Platinion and inspires employees at all levels to deliver it
  • Collaborate with other Associate Directors, Managing Directors, and BCG partners in joint Go-to-Market and underlying strategy of BCG Platinion

Requirements:

  • 12+ years of experience
  • Bachelor’s degree required; Advanced degree preferred
  • Long-Standing Experience in Large-scale IT implementation, IT architecture, Digitization of client journeys, and Agile Transformation from Selling through Design to successful Delivery
